How a website gets built, week by week
Most websites take 9 to 12 weeks. The timing depends on how fast you send photos and approvals. If the date moves, we tell you that day.

Questions for our web development company, and what else we do
What do I need to provide?
Send us your logo if you have one, photos of your work, and your license and insurance details. Tell us the questions your customers ask. We write the words and choose the pages. You approve the page list, the designs and the words.
How is the $7,500 paid?
Half when you sign. The other half when the site passes final testing and is ready to launch. The price is fixed. It only changes if you ask for extra work, and we price that before we start.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain and hosting are in your name from day one. At launch we hand over the code and every login. Then we remove our own access.
What is not included?
Hosting, your domain and any paid CRM are not included. You pay those companies directly. We tell you the cost before you sign up. Upkeep and SEO after launch are part of the Core Retainer. Pages beyond the 16 in the package are priced separately.
