Software development pricing

Our software development pricing has two forms: a monthly retainer that keeps existing software running and improving, and on-demand development for work with a defined end point.

Move the slider to the hours you want and the figure updates. No call is needed to find out whether we are in your range.

Fixed price

Get your digital presence right

Three things you can buy at a published price. Everything else is quoted after we have seen the job.

Get found and get chosen

$6,850one-off, half up front and half before handoff

The website

  • Up to about twelve pages
  • Content written with you, then revised
  • Mobile-first, tested on real phones
  • A CMS and admin login for your team
  • A redirect from every old URL, so rankings carry over
  • Hosted on your own account, at cost

Analytics and tracking

  • Analytics installed and the gaps filled
  • Every call and form fill recorded with what caused it
  • Conversion tracking confirmed firing, not assumed
  • One dashboard pulling Google, the site and your CRM together

Leads into your CRM

  • Every lead source connected into one place
  • The ad click ID and landing page captured on every form
  • Records created with owner, source and value attached
  • Automatic follow-up when nothing happens

The AI receptionist

  • Answers when nobody picks up, at any hour

Own an AI receptionist that books customers straight into your calendar

$1,550one-off setup, model and telephony on your own account

An AI receptionist that answers the calls nobody picks up and books the job onto your calendar during the call.

What gets built

  • What it says, written and agreed with you
  • Call routing set so it answers only as backup
  • Ring timing checked against your phone system
  • Booking into your real calendar and CRM
  • Tested over cellular, not just at a desk

How it behaves

  • Says it is not a person
  • Asks only what a job needs to be dispatched
  • A written list of what it must refuse
  • Hands over to a person when it is out of scope
  • Transcripts you can read

Only worth buying if all of these are true

  • A phone system that can pass unanswered calls to it
  • A calendar or CRM we can book into
  • You are comfortable with an AI speaking to your customers
  • Call recording rules confirmed for your state

Show up in the map results and the ads above them

$1,250per location, per month

The two places a licensed trade gets found before anyone scrolls: the map, and the Local Services Ads block that sits above it. Neither one depends on your website, so this still works if your site is old.

Your Business Profile

  • Built and tuned, per location
  • Categories and service areas set to real searches
  • Photos, hours and services kept current
  • Questions and answers seeded and monitored

Local Services Ads

  • Licence, insurance and background check submitted
  • Profile built to match your Business Profile exactly
  • Wrong-area and wrong-service leads disputed for you
  • Budget set against how many calls you can answer

Reviews and reporting

  • A review routine that keeps new reviews coming
  • A monthly report that opens with booked work

Only worth buying if all of these are true

  • Licensed and insured for your trade
  • Willing to pass a Google background check
  • An eligible category: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, pest, locksmiths, garage doors, movers and similar
  • A Google Business Profile matching your legal name and address exactly
  • Someone who can answer the phone fast — this ranks on response time

Frequently asked

Questions about our software development pricing

Which package should I start with?

Whichever matches what is actually broken. If people are not finding you at all and you are a licensed trade, start with the map and ads package — it does not touch your website, so it is the fastest to show something. When they find you and go elsewhere, the problem is the site and the tracking, which is the $6,850 build. And when the phone rings with nobody free to answer it, start with the receptionist. Most people need one of the three, not all of them.

Does the $1,250 include what I spend on Local Services Ads?

No, and that is the one to understand before you sign. Local Services Ads bills you per lead, directly from Google to your own account, and that is separate from what you pay us. Our fee covers getting you verified, building the profile, and the review and category work that decides where you rank. The lead spend is yours to set and yours to cap.

Why is that package priced per location?

Because each location is genuinely separate work. Each one needs its own Business Profile, its own verification, its own reviews and its own service areas. Two locations is close to twice the job, not the same job spread thinner, so pricing it per location is the only honest way to do it.

What does the AI receptionist cost to run after the $1,550?

It bills per minute of conversation, on your own account rather than through us, because the whole prompt is re-sent to the model on every turn of the call. We give you a monthly estimate against your real call volume before you commit. It is never zero, and it goes up if your marketing works, so we would rather you saw that number early.

What is not in the $6,850 build?

Ongoing marketing. It buys the website, the analytics, the CRM wiring and the receptionist — a finished thing, handed over. It does not include monthly SEO, content or campaign management, which are quoted separately because they run for as long as you want them to rather than ending at a handoff.

Can I buy more than one package?

Yes, and the receptionist is the common pair with either of the others. If you take the build, the receptionist is already in it, so you would not buy both.

Why publish software development pricing at all?

So you can tell whether we are in your range without booking a call. The retainer figure is the real one, and the slider gives the number for the hours you want.

What is in the $500 retainer?

Maintenance, bug fixes, an on-call development team, and two hours of feature development a month. Unused feature hours roll over for one month.

What happens to feature hours I do not use?

They roll into the next month, once only. The rollover exists so you can combine two months into one useful piece of work, not so hours accumulate indefinitely.

How does software development pricing work above 24 hours?

Above that level you are buying a substantial share of an engineer's time, and the right arrangement depends on what you are building. That is why the slider says contact us rather than showing a number.

What is the difference between the retainer and on-demand development?

The retainer keeps existing software running and improves it monthly. On-demand covers a defined piece of work with an end point: a build, a rewrite or an integration. Many clients have both.

What if I need more hours than my retainer covers in a given month?

We tell you before spending them and you decide. The options are the rollover hours from last month, a one-off top-up at the same rate, or a permanent increase. We do not exceed the hours and invoice afterwards.

How do I know the retainer hours are being used well?

You get a monthly summary of what was done, what it took and what is queued next. Maintenance and bug fixes are not billed against your feature hours.

Is a retainer worth it if my software rarely changes?

Sometimes not, and we will say so. If nothing is changing or breaking you may only need the maintenance floor rather than feature hours. Dependencies and platforms still change underneath you, but that is a smaller commitment.

Do prices change if I am outside Tennessee?

No. There is no local premium and no travel charge within an hour of Franklin. Further out the work is remote and priced identically.

Does the price change once work starts?

Not the agreed figure. It changes only if you change the scope, which is quoted before anything is built. We do not discover a cost midway and pass it on.
