Four steps over 9 to 12 weeks. You approve each one before we move on.
Setup
Weeks 1–2We set up your domain, hosting and Google accounts, all in your name. We switch on tracking so nothing is lost from the start.
You tell us about your business: what you sell, where you work and who you want as customers.
Research
Weeks 2–4We find out what your customers search for, service by service and town by town. We also look at who you are up against.
You get a written report to keep. It ends with a list of the pages we suggest. You approve that list before we design anything.
Web design
Weeks 4–7We design your pages for phones and computers. If you do not have a logo, colors or fonts yet, we make them.
Every page gets a quote form near the top, and your phone number stays on screen. You get two rounds of changes.
Build, writing and launch
Weeks 7–12We write the words for every page and build the site. Every page is tested for speed and SEO before it can go live.
If you have an old site, we point its old page addresses to the new pages so you keep your rankings. Then we launch and watch the site closely for the first week.

You know your business. We know how to turn that into a website that brings in work. Your part is small, but the timing depends on it.

We write the words and choose the pages. You never face a blank page. You just tell us if we got something wrong.
What happens once your website is live
We watch the site closely for the first week. Every website also comes with a 180-day fix-it guarantee. If something we built stops working, we fix it for free.
A new website usually takes six to nine months to show up well on Google. If you want us to keep improving it in that time, the Core Retainer adds upkeep, weekly reports and SEO work on 5 pages a month. If you want leads sooner, Google Ads can start right after launch.
Questions people ask a web design company
How long does it take a web design company to build a website?
With us, usually 9 to 12 weeks. The build itself rarely slows things down. The timing depends on how fast you send photos and approvals. If the date moves, we tell you that day.
What does it cost?
Our Boost Your Digital Presence package is $7,500 for the whole website. That covers research, web design, up to 16 pages, SEO, tracking and launch. You pay half when you sign and half before launch.
Why research before web design?
Because a good-looking page that nobody finds does not bring in work. Research tells us which pages you need and what each one should say. The design then makes those pages easy to use.
Can you rebuild a website someone else made?
Yes. We rebuild sites made by other companies and on other platforms. We carry over the rankings your old pages earned. If a few fixes would do instead, we tell you on the first call.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if the move is done properly. We point every old page address to its closest new page and tell Google about the new site. Rankings usually wobble for a week or two, then settle.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes, if you need to. Tell us who will edit and how often. For regular updates we can add a simple login for your team. We will not sell you an editor nobody uses.
Why not WordPress or a website builder?
Most small business websites do not need them. Plugins and builders are what usually break, slow down or get hacked. If your site is five pages and never changes, a builder may be cheaper, and we will say so.
What is the difference between a web design company and a web development company?
Design is how the site looks. Development is whether it works. Many firms do one and hire out the other. We are a web design company that does the development ourselves, so the two always match.
What happens after launch?
Your site comes with a 180-day fix-it guarantee. If you want ongoing upkeep and SEO, the Core Retainer covers that for $1,750 a month. It is optional.
Do you build online stores?
For a few products, yes. For a full store with stock, tax and returns, Shopify is the better choice. We will point you there.
