What happens after I send the form?
One of us reads it and looks at your site. We reply in writing within one business day. If a call would help, we suggest one by phone or Google Meet. If we are not the right software agency for you, we say so and point you to someone who is.
Who reads the form?
All of us. There is no sales inbox. The person best placed to answer replies, usually the one who would do the work.
Does the first call cost anything?
No. It is a call with an engineer about your business. For a website, we can tell you on that call if the Boost Your Digital Presence package fits. Software projects need some planning first, and we price that before we start.
Can I just call?
Yes. We are open every day, 7:00am to 8:00pm Central. A person answers. There is no phone menu and no answering service.
What is the fastest way to reach you?
The form on this page. It reaches all of us at once. Email works too. If you would rather talk, say so in your message and we will send you some times.
What does the first meeting look like?
A phone call or Google Meet about your business, not a sales pitch. If we are a good fit, we send a written plan and a fixed price. Then the decision is yours. We do not chase.
