One of us reads it, looks at your site, and replies in writing within one business day with our assessment. If a call is worth having we suggest one, by phone or Google Meet. If we are not the right software agency for the job, we say so and refer you on.

Who reads the form?

All of us. It is not routed to a sales inbox and nobody screens it before someone technical sees it. Whoever is best placed to answer replies, usually the person who would do the work.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, with no paid discovery attached. It is a call with an engineer about your situation. Discovery is only charged on software builds, and it is credited against the build if you proceed.

Can I just call?

Yes. We are open every day, 7:00am to 8:00pm Central. A person answers; there is no phone tree and no answering service.

What is the fastest way to reach you?

The form on this page, because it reaches all of us at once rather than sitting in one person's inbox. Email works too. If you would rather talk, say so in the message and we will send times rather than a booking link.

What does the first meeting look like?

A phone call or a Google Meet, and we spend it on what is not working rather than on a pitch. If it looks like a fit, the team joins a second session and brings an audit of your site, plus a proposal if you want one. After that the decision is yours.
