These terms govern use of this website and the free tools on it. They do not govern client engagements — those are covered by the agreement you sign, and that agreement wins wherever the two disagree.
The free tools
The assessment and the search-results preview produce estimates and illustrations, not advice and not live ranking data. The preview draws a mock page from what you typed; it does not query Google. Do not make a spending decision on either without talking to someone.
Content on this site
The words, code and images here are ours. You are welcome to quote a passage with a link back. You are not welcome to republish a page wholesale or pass the copy off as your own.
Accuracy
Prices shown are starting figures and are subject to a quote. Timelines are typical rather than guaranteed. Where a claim on this site turns out to be wrong we will correct the page rather than leave it standing.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the free tools or the general information here. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability that can't be limited by law.
