Privacy policy
This page exists because Google Ads lead forms require it, so it is written to be read rather than survived. It says what we collect, what we do with it, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your website if you give it, the page you submitted from, and whatever you typed in the message field. That is the whole list.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, which set cookies and are governed by Google's privacy policy. You can refuse them and every part of this site still works.
What we do with it
We reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for, and we do not share it with anyone except the tools we use to run the business — an email provider, a CRM and an analytics account, each governed by its own policy.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not turn into work are kept for two years and then deleted. Records tied to work we actually did are kept for as long as we are required to keep business records.
Getting it deleted
Email support@quickdraw.software and ask. We will do it and confirm within five business days. You do not have to give a reason.
